Cecil's Day Off

Cecil relaxing at the spa! He's got a nice cold glass of lemonade, and a comfy blanket to lay on. He says he's ready for his foot massage, but where are the spa employees when you need them? Someone mind taking over then?

The story behind this is pretty hilarious; I woke up at like 5 AM, and just started drawing. I didn't even know WHAT I was drawing, but this was the result XD. I'm glad I drew it though, because I haven't drawn him in his shorts in a long time .
